Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CineMatrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required by your jurisdiction.

Generated content & ownership

Content you generate using CineMatrix is yours, subject to the model and dataset licensing reflected in your subscription tier. Paid plans include commercial use rights. You are responsible for the lawfulness of prompts and outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not use CineMatrix to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or that depicts minors in sexual contexts, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, or content designed to harass real individuals.

Credits & billing

Credits power generation. Monthly credits reset on your billing date. Failed renders are auto-refunded. Refunds for paid plans are processed via the original payment method per our refund policy. Cancel anytime from billing.

Sharing to third-party platforms

When you connect a social platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and use CineMatrix to publish on your behalf, you authorise CineMatrix to act under the OAuth scopes you granted. You can revoke at any time from your connections page.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your billing settings.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineMatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
