Data we collect

Account data (email, display name), prompts you submit, generated outputs, billing data (handled by PayPal/Paymob — we do not store card numbers), and metadata about your sessions.

How we use it

To deliver and improve the service, send service-related emails, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors

Supabase (database, auth), PayPal & Paymob (payments), Resend (email), RunPod (rendering), n8n (orchestration), Google & the social platforms you connect (only the OAuth scopes you grant).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@cinematrix.app. EU/UK residents are protected by GDPR; California residents by CCPA/CPRA.

Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. Deleted accounts have their data scrubbed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
